Critical Mass is the best mass gainer out there BAR NONE. Had 6 tubs of this stuff in about 6-7 months and ive put on 10lb, plus im a lean hardgainer. I seriously recommend CM to people who find it HARD to gain weight. Still the only weight gain I will drink. Fantastic supplement as far as mixing ability, taste and consumption goes, definitely makes me feel a lot fuller and stronger overall, on about my 10th 4.4kg tub now and gains have started to slow. Critical Mass is one of our best gainers but Mutant Mass equally contains a a ton of calories. Make sure your weight training regime is progressive and it shouldn't matter too much which one you use alongside your daily nutrition. |

hi, i have been looking into this and noticed it has everything i need in it such as alot of carbs for energy. I dont want to gain much more weight with being a boxer but its seams ideal with all the other extras in it a long with the protein. I train high intensity most days so am not to worried with all the calories as i easliy burn hundreds but was wondering what your thoughts would be on using this to stay lean and for energy and recovery. Its seems critcal mass has everything i need in it which other products dont seem to have. Is it possible to stay lean using a mass gainer also thanks. |
