Can Testosterone levels be Boosted Naturally

Everyone knows that the amount of muscle you hold, and the amount you can build, is based on testosterone levels. Low test levels equals low muscle mass, high test levels equates to bigger and faster growing muscles. What far less people know is that improving testosterone levels, naturally without drugs, is difficult to achieve, and even when achieved tends to be modest rises, but it is possible. It just needs attention to a few details, specifically training style and duration, diet, rest and small but important additions to your nutritional program through intelligent supplementation.

Androbolix 300XL is BioRhythm ADS next generation testosterone booster represented by taking one of the most powerful formulas on the market and updating it with the latest most cutting-edge science.

Powered by a synergistic Quad Spectrum Tribulus blend delivering a minimum 300mg Protodioscin and nearly 650mg Steroidal Saponins, Androbolix 300XL employs the largest and most potent dose of “Trib” on the shelves of any store. Add in a highly refined 200mg 100:1 of Eurycoma Longifolia, this latest version of Androbolix trumps all competitors in the Testosterone Boosting category with special attention to Free Testosterone!

Boosting testosterone levels is an important goal of many supplements. However what’s even more important is the amount of free testosterone (unbound) circulating for use. Also known as ‘bioavailable testosterone’ or BAT, this is sometimes linked to several health indicating factors. Low BAT may be associated with weak sex drive, fatigued & low tone muscles and overall vigour to name a few. This renewed focus on BAT helped forge our most recent installment of Androbolix tagged “Free Testosterone Amplifier”.

Having used several t-boosters over the years, I have quite a good feel for knowing what signs to look for in terms of their effectiveness, and with that, here's my take on Androbolix 300 XL.

For the first 5-7 days I didnt feel anything, which is what you should expect. After this time I started to notice my mental focus and drive increase. I feel more positive, and more enthusiastic about the things I'm doing. For me I notice these factors in work and participation levels around the home (this makes the wife happy).

After the first week this drive and focus becomes noticeable in my diet and training. I feel motivated to eat well, I feel more energetic and dont miss workouts and in fact feel eager to face training exercises I normally do with a feeling of cant wait to finish (Yeah, I am talking about squats)

I used Androbolix for 8 weeks then took a break. The feeling of drive and motivation lasts all the way through to the end of my cycle. Somewhere around the second week I had a noticeable increase in sex drive (unfortunately this part doesn't make the wife happier!)

At the end of the 8 weeks I'm a little heavier - no surprise, Ive eaten better and trained hard and consistent with no workouts missed at all. I'm also visibly leaner.

I have to be honest in that I didnt set out with a plan for a 'body transformation', I just intended to do things as normal. I didnt feel I made any dietary sacrifices and I didnt do more training than I normally plan to do (I just didnt miss any). That being said, I do feel I made really good progress and if I had put the effort into the diet and maybe a bit of cardio in the mix a body transformation would have been a possibilioty.
