Drive Your Workout Intensity Skywards

UPROAR is a potent Pre-Workout product formulated to enhance workouts by increasing energy and focus. This product contains some top end ingredients to take your workout to the next level! and should be treated with care as it really is a powerful pre-workout formula!

We're all probably aware that there are 3 main areas that need to be properly covered in order to make maximum progress; a good nutrient rich diet, a healthy optimised hormonal system, and of course am intense progressive workout program. So where does Uproar Preworkout fit into the mix, how does it help, and what does it contain?

Ok, so in terms of ingredients the rundown is as follows:

L-Arginine AKG 2000mg, Beta Alanine 1500mg, L-Citrulline Malate 1000mg, AgmaPure 700mg, L-Taurine 500mg, White Tea 400mg, Caffeine Anhydrous 300mg, Bitter Orange Peel 100mg, Niacin 40mg, Nandina Extract 25mg, Vitamin B6 14mg, Vitamin B12 (1%) 8.5mg.

Also included: Flavour Blue Raspberry, Sucralose, Silicone Dioxide, Calcium Silicate, Citric Acid, FD&C Blue #1

Now lets be honest: without an in-depth knowledge of the supplement world, the above list is going to mean very little to you and what you really want to know is the impact it had on my Training and whether there were any unwanted side effects. But for piece of mind, you’ll find many of the above ingredients in other widely available pre-workouts, though usually in varying amounts.

In terms of dosage and mixing, the recommended amount is a rather unhelpful 3/4 of the provided scoop… which begs the immediate question, why didn’t they just make a smaller scoop?
Anyway, this equates to a 7g serving in 200-300ml of water 30-60 minutes prior to workout.

Ok, back to the main point, how do I rate Uproar. Well first time I used it, within 5 minutes I started to panic. My face went a bit red, my skin was tingling and I was starting to feel warm. Within 15 minutes I was desperate to be training, I felt like a crazed beast.

My first few working sets passed faster than normal, my recovery was amazing and my strength was on a different plane. After about 20 minutes of training I started to slow a little and my workout started to feel more normal, although recovery and strength remained exceptionally high through to the end of my 45 minute workout.

I felt tired later in the evening, physically, but not mentally, and I felt like my body wanted to sleep but my mind wanted to race.

After a few workouts this feeling passed. The extra energy I used in my workouts remained super high, but at bed time I was feeling drained and slept well.

I used if for 4 weeks and never missed a workout. I've used oneor two that were just as strong but nothing any better.
