I ve finished the course of this and will most certainly be buying again. Its a fine addition to my 90+ protein shake that will give me something akin to Maximuscle Cyclone at a fraction of the cost - and probably better results too. No noticeable gains in sixe but thats absolutely fine as I box and wouldnt benefit from superficial muscle. However the strength gains were noticeable for sure. Highly recommended.

Hi im new to all this and was just wondering do you have to take any other protein shakes with it or can this make its own shake thanks

Hi Dan,

Beginner supplements we usually recommend tend to be creatie and a basic protein powder; try instant whey by Reflex.
