Weight Gainers

Add 3 heaped scoops of powder with 450ml of water in a blender or shaker cup and mix for 30seconds. Consume immediately.

Mass Attack Raw can be mixed with milk if desired, but is optimally designed to be mixed with water.

Take 2 to 4 servings per day. Each serving should be taken between solid food meals or can be taken with a small snack to improve the protein and calorie levels as desired.

Just right for me. taste is good on the 2 ive tried - chocolate and strawberry.

Been using it for about 2 months now, put a little muscle on,no noticable body fat and its made eating a whole lot easier.

Would like a few more flavours though

Would it be ok to take 3 scoops post workout to get extra protein an carbs or would it be more beneficial to take 3 scoops of a morning and 2 after workout. cheers

Hey Paul, 3 scoops after you have trained would provide you with additional protein and carbohydrates.
As this is the most critical period to refuel your body and start repairing the microtears in your muscles induced from training you would benefit more from having 3 scoops after training as oppose to first thing in the morning. Your body acts almost like a sponge after training so would make the most out of the extra nutrients.
