Hi, does the amount of creatine i get in one serving of Creapure Capsules equal to a serving of Creapure powder
Posted By: Admin
Hi Lehtung, each creapure tablet contains 700mg of creatine, so you will need to take about 7 tablets to get 5grams, which is the equivelent as 1 scoop of the creapure powder. The benefits of having the tablets is that you can keep them in your pocket and take them whenever you want, where you would need a tub for the powder. But the powder is a higher dose and you can throw it in your protein shake, so either will do a great job for yourself.

could you tell me if using the Reflex Creapure Capsules require a loading period, or should I just follow the recommended 2 capsules 3 times daily If so how long would you estimate it would take to achieve muscle saturation for the creatine to become fully effective
Also, would you recommend the optimum times to take them are before and after training With the other 2 capsules before breakfast, for example.
Thanks in advance!

There's no necessity to do this but you may wish to for quicker results from the creatine yes. As for optimum times to take it, whenever is best for you personally to get it into your system as once saturated dosage is fairly irrelevant. Saying that there are a few proponents of taking creatine pre and post-workout.
